About Me
With a career spanning playwork, teaching, senior public service management, voluntary sector and community community enterprise, ‘I help create useful dialogue between different professional and cultural perspectives.

I use my experiences for:

Connecting: bringing people together with different life experience and world view together to incubate new projects, find common purpose and move from vision into action, or from conflict to solidarity

Disrupting: supporting people to challenge themselves and others where things are not working or stuck. Managing change, through accelerated action and growth or deceleration and finding a good ending

Creating new opportunities: listening in to where there are possibilities for new pathways towards greater justice, harmony and resilience

Core Philosophy
Understanding interdependence as the key to creating resilience in individuals, organisations and communities. I am a whole systems thinker and passionate about social and environmental justice. I look to nature for inspiration from living systems about how we can create resilience in the way we organise, design places and services and relate to one another. I learn constantly from my diverse extended, blended family, wise teachers and friends and countless collaborators, colleagues and clients. Everything I know I have learned from them, and I am grateful to be able to share it with others through my work.
